Hello and welcome! My name is Jack McClelland, and I am the Founder and Principal Agent of Pines Insurance Group. I have an extensive background involving risk management, screening intricacies, and client relations, and love every moment of transforming the personal/business insurance enrollment and renewal process that is both seamless and enjoyable.

A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Guildford, Surrey (South West of London) in England, and later moved to North Carolina to attend college and play collegiate golf. After returning to England, I made my way back to Southern Pines/ Moore County. As a passionate professional, I have a genuine ardency for the insurance industry and demonstrate that by basing my services on a foundation of simplicity, trust, and above all, integrity. With that as my base and seeing the prevalent lackluster gaps in the insurance industry for clients, it motivated me to establish Pines Insurance Group with the underlying mission to deliver client excellence and steer the industry in a more valuable, time/cost-effective, and non-ambiguous direction. When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my wife Melody, our son Alfie, and our fun-loving golden retriever named London. I am also an avid golfer and always finding time to be an active member of our growing community here in Moore County.
